Web Connect Implementation Steps
1. Complete all required agreement paperwork.
Your Sales Manager will guide you through the steps to finalize all legal agreements and paperwork. Occasionally, a technical review call will need to be held to discuss specific technical information unique to your planned implementation, which would impact the contractual details. An Implementation Manager is assigned to your project once this essential step is complete.
2. Obtain full access to our Financial Institution partner extranet - fi.intuit.com.
Your Sales Manager will provide you with a UserID and Password, which will enable access to much more detailed implementation information than is available on our public site.

A login to fi.intuit.com is required to access most of the links in the Web Connect Implementation Steps guide.
3. Conduct an initial implementation project review.
Your Implementation Manager will contact you to review the project's high-level scope and timeline. During this call the team project kickoff meeting is scheduled.
4. Hold a Kickoff Meeting.
Your Implementation Manager will meet with you and your project team to review the project scope, plan, and timeline in detail.
5. Establish your branding presence in our test environment.
Complete the Branding Setup form and e-mail it to Branding@intuit.com and to your Implementation Manager. Your Implementation Manager will inform you once your branding presence is available in our test environment and will also provide your branding identification (BID) number. There is typically a 7 business day lead-time before your branding presence is established in our test branding environment.
