1. What is the future of the Quicken desktop product?
Intuit had good growth in 2007, we expect the desktop product line to continue to be strong, and we expect to be building new desktop products for a long time.

2. Will Quicken Online cannibalize the desktop product base?
We expect minimal if any cannibalization of the desktop product base. TurboTax online versus TurboTax desktop saw only 3% cannibalization.
Quicken Online is aimed at Quicken abandoners, and current non-consumers of personal finance offerings.

3. Will Quicken Online drive traffic away from my site?
Customers still need to go to the bank website to do many typical banking functions, bill pay, transferring money etc.
Quicken Online will not replace the bank website.

4. Will Intuit be using the customer's data for other purposes?
We do not have plans for that currently, and we wouldn't be using customers data for any purpose that wasn't approved by the customer.

5. What is the support process for a customer with an issue?
When the issue is related to connectivity to the bank, we direct customers to contact us directly and NOT contact their financial institution.
We have free online support.

6. Will customers have to pay for support?
No, all the support is online, there will be no phone support.

7. I've gotten a lot of calls from customers after Intuit went live with Express Web Connect (EWC) in Quicken desktop and QuickBooks Online Edition (QBOE). How are you going to make sure Quicken Online customers don't contact us?
We are making it explicit in our error messaging and on the site that customers need to contact Intuit with any issues related to connectivity.

8. How much data will the script pull into Quicken Online?
We pull 90 days of data when we do the initial pull.

It will cost $2.99/month for basic service.
There will be various price levels as more services and features are added in the future.

10. Will Quicken Online support investment firms?
The launch of Quicken Online will not support investment transaction download.
This is slated for a future release.

11. Is there anything we can do to help the customer if they do contact us? How can we escalate these issues to Quicken Online on behalf of our customers?
Email QuickInfo@Intuit.com and they can pass along the request.
Requests from FI's are moved to the front of our queue.

12. Will MFA be a problem in Quicken Online like it is with QBOE and EWC?
We are building out solutions to provide workarounds for customers if they have MFA problems, as more FI's roll out MFA solutions it is a moving target, we are planning on staying on top of it.
