What is the future of the Quicken desktop product?
Intuit had good growth in 2007, we expect the desktop product line to continue to be strong, and we expect to be building new desktop products for a long time.
I've gotten a lot of calls from customers after Intuit went live with Express Web Connect (EWC) in Quicken desktop and QuickBooks Online Edition (QBOE). How are you going to make sure Quicken Online customers don't contact us?
We are making it explicit in our error messaging and on the site that customers need to contact Intuit with any issues related to connectivity.
Will MFA be a problem in Quicken Online like it is with QBOE and EWC?
We are building out solutions to provide workarounds for customers if they have MFA problems, as more FI's roll out MFA solutions it is a moving target, we are planning on staying on top of it.
